5 Free Ways To Drive Traffic To Your Site - Part 2
In my last post I began to share about 5 free ways to drive traffic to your site. Today I am going to continue where I left off.
3. Yahoo Answers
Another great way to drive traffic to your site is to use Yahoo Answers. Here is what you do. Register at Yahoo Answers and log in. Once you do this it will give you a choice as to what to ask or look for. Look up things within you niche. Then look for questions that are open for discussion. As you read through them find the ones that you know about or go find the answers to the questions. Then post your answer and include your web or blog address. Again pick a page from your site and direct them to that page.
This is a really easy way to get traffic back to your site. This method has worked well for me.
4. Article Submission
This is not a hard thing to do at all. You need to research some topic in your niche and write a 500 word article with a keyword rich title. If you don’t know what I mean by that you should buy the book in the previous post by Justin Brooke - SEO Lies. (The digital version is only $1.00. This investment of a buck will be the best investment you can make in your business.) The keyword phrase should be used at less once every 100 words.
After you finish you should list the article with every article directory you can. Each site has their own guidelines. But usually you can put a link to your site in your signature/bio section. This is really important because people can then link back to your site.
The next thing you need to do is record your article. It’s very simple. Just read the article you wrote and include your site address at the beginning and the end. Then post this to all the podcast sites you can.
The next thing you should do is turn this into a video. If you have a window movie maker on your computer it’s no problem. Simply drop the recording into the movie maker and add text, titles, and any pictures. Again display your url several times during the video. Then post this with as many video sites as you can. The best way to do that is with Traffic Geyser or a free site called Tube Mogul. Once you list it with them they will submit the video to all the sites that you choose.
As you do this, the traffic to your site and your influence will begin to grow. It will give another free way to drive traffic to your site.
